About this app
See the two things VO2max improvement depends on — your intensity distribution and your current fatigue — on a single timeline. If you split your training between cycling and running, it's surprisingly hard to see your intensity distribution across both. Cardilife reads workouts and heart rate from Apple Health and combines cycling, running, and walking into one weekly picture of low / moderate / high intensity time. Condition Chart — Your daily load builds Engine (accumulated base fitness), Fatigue (recent strain), and Headroom (the difference), plotted on the same timeline as your VO2max trend. When your sleeping heart rate stays elevated despite positive Headroom, the app flags the gap as a warning. Fine-grained source control — Toggle whether walking counts toward your distribution — handy when a tracker like a Fitbit automatically logs your everyday walks. Pick a preferred device per metric — e.g., workouts from Apple Watch, sleeping heart rate from Fitbit. Duplicate recordings from multiple devices are resolved automatically, without deleting anything. Your records stay on your device — Workouts, heart rate, sleep, and the metrics computed from them are processed on your device and are not sent to a server. The only values stored on our server are settings you need across devices (such as heart-rate zone thresholds, maximum heart rate, and your VO2max goal). Sources: Apple Watch and Fitbit (via Google Health), read from Apple Health. Pricing: All core features are free. A Supporter plan (subscription) removes ads and unlocks a 6-month chart view. Subscription details: The Supporter plan is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime in your App Store settings.
