About this app
Every carpet you clean is a real painting. Not a texture. Not a pattern. An actual masterpiece woven into a rug: the Mona Lisa, Starry Night, The Great Wave, The Night Watch, buried under years of grime, waiting for you to bring it back. Scrub. Foam. Squeegee. Watch a 500-year-old face surface out of the dirt under your thumb. RELAX AND SCRUB Drag your finger across the pile and the grime lifts in greyscale. Lay foam and the colour floods back in reds, golds and that impossible blue. There is no timer, no fail state, no one shouting at you. Clean until it feels done, then decide for yourself when to hand it back. DAY ONE, AND THEN YOU QUIT You start as an employee. Jeff hands you a filthy rug, shouts the job at you one verb at a time, and pays you a single dollar for it. Then you hand in your notice, walk out with none of his equipment, and open your own shop with a brush that can barely manage a thumbprint. Everything after that is yours, and your family notice. Your mum's neighbour needs a rug done. Your brother wants a favour. Uncle Vito has a hotel and a test piece, and your grandma has friends whose taste in art needs asking about first. THE SHINE IS THE MONEY Foam doesn't just look good. Restoring colour mints COLOUR ESSENCE: glossy bubbles tinted by the exact patch of painting they were born on. FAINT, CLEAR, VIVID, and the jackpot RADIANT. Plow them across the floor with the squeegee, bounce them off each other, and shove them down the drain before they fade. Mud slows a bubble down. Scrub yourself a clean lane to the drain first and they'll run it three times faster. BETTER BRUSHES, BIGGER RUGS The brush in your hand is the ceiling on everything else. Scrub Pad, Scrubber, Power Brush, and finally an Electric one that lifts the limit off entirely, each rung unlocking upgrades the last one refused to sell you. Clean well enough at one size and the next size opens: doormats, then medium, then large, then a museum calling about a painting you have already perfected three times over. THEN THE ROBOTS ARRIVE Buy Robo-Buddies by the dozen. They patrol the rug on their own, scrubbing dirt, foaming colour, herding your bubbles toward the drain while you do something else entirely. This is where it turns idle: come back later and the crew has been working. They also have eyes. Finish a job, put the phone down, and see what they get up to when they think the work is over. They are shortcuts, not gates. Every painting, every rug size, every upgrade and every ending is reachable without spending a penny, nothing is rationed behind a wait-or-pay timer, and the game never asks twice. NO ADS INTERRUPTING YOUR PLAY, AND IT PLAYS OFFLINE Take it on a plane, down a tunnel, or anywhere with one bar and no patience, and it works exactly the same. Nothing interrupts a clean rug with a video, nothing expires while you're gone, nothing nags you to come back. One small card, on your receipt and in the premium aisle, points at another indie developer's app; they show ours in theirs. Buying anything removes it for good. Turn the sound on. It's most of the point.
