About this app
Usme remembers what you'll forget. It turns your voice notes, typed thoughts, calendar, photos, and shared links into a memory you can question in plain language — and it answers with a citation to the exact thing you saved. THE PROBLEM ISN'T SAVING. IT'S FINDING. You already have a system: notes, voice memos, screenshots, links kept for later. Capture is solved. Recall is not. Six weeks on, you can't find it, because you search with the words you're thinking now and you saved it in the words you were thinking then. You ask "what did my doctor say about my cholesterol?" and the note reads "Dr. Yilmaz — LDL 164, cut the red meat." Not one word in common. Keyword search cannot bridge that, so the note may as well not exist. And the failure that actually costs you something isn't search at all. It's the promise you made on Tuesday, meant to keep, and heard about on Monday. CAPTURE, FROM WHEREVER YOU ALREADY ARE Speak it, and watch it transcribe on your device as you talk. Type it. Send it from any app with the share sheet — links, PDFs, images, text. Connect your calendar so meetings become memories. Import photos and the text inside them is read here on your phone, so a receipt, a whiteboard, or a business card becomes searchable. There's a Home Screen widget, a Lock Screen button, and a Control Centre control that open Usme already listening. Shortcuts and Siri work too. IT READS WHAT YOU SAVE Every memory is read for the people, companies, projects, and places in it, and for anything you promised. Names resolve to one person, so "John", "John Carter", and "JC" stop being three strangers. You never file anything, tag anything, or pick a folder. ASK IT ANYTHING Ask the way you'd ask a friend. Usme searches three ways at once — the words, the meaning, and the people involved — and answers in a sentence or two, showing the memories it used and why each one surfaced. Tap any of them to read the original. If it doesn't know, it says so. IT TELLS YOU BEFORE YOU FORGET Promises found in your own words become reminders. "You told John you'd send the pricing by Friday. That was three days ago." BUILT TO BE PRIVATE Your memories live in a database on your phone, not on our server. Speech is transcribed on device and audio is never uploaded. Photo text is read on device. There is no account and no sign-in. Capture, search, and reminders all work with no connection at all. Understanding a memory and answering a question use AI models, so that text is sent to be processed — the Privacy screen in the app names exactly which, and lets you delete anything by category or delete everything at once. USME PRO Unlimited memories understood, unlimited questions, full calendar backfill, and every reminder. $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year, starting with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you subscribe. Usme is free without it: 100 memories understood and 20 questions a month. Everything you capture is stored and searchable whatever the limit — the limit is on the understanding, never on your data.
