Capture a process step by step, arrange it in the correct order, and export an A4 visual guide for staff training and everyday reference. Create a standard operating procedure as you work • Start with a guide title, then open the camera. • Capture one main photo for each step. • Choose an existing photo from your device when needed. • Add up to two optional detail photos for close-ups or important details. • Include a short instruction or warning only when it adds useful guidance. • Save the step and continue directly to the next capture. Build clear, easy-to-follow work instructions • Review the complete process before export. • Edit, insert, delete, and reorder individual steps. • Choose portrait or landscape A4 pages. • Select Training, Standard, or Compact layouts. • Display 4, 6, or 12 steps on each page. • Preview the visual guide before creating the final output. • Check visible overflow warnings so important instructions are not silently clipped. Each SnapSOP account can export its first visual guide with up to three A4 pages at no cost. Additional export capacity is available through one-time SnapCoin purchases on Google Play. There are no subscriptions. Once a guide is unlocked to a page count, exporting it again with the same or fewer pages does not use additional SnapCoins. SnapSOP does not upload your guide content or photos to its servers. You can create, capture, and edit local guides without signing in. Google sign-in is used for account-backed export authorization, SnapCoin balances, and export rights. You can delete your SnapSOP account from inside the app or through the public account-deletion page. Account deletion removes the associated cloud account, SnapCoin balance, and export rights.
